• Students who meet the basic requirement as stated in admissions policy can apply for admission.
A. Basic requirement
a. Interview with principal for grade school students and with preschool head for preschool students
b. Entrance exam for grades 1-6 students
c. Summer classes for students entering Kindergarten 1 up to Grade 6
d. Report card from previous school
e. PSA copy of birth certificate (photocopy only)
f. 2 pieces 1x1 ID pictures
B. Pre-school
a. Age requirement:
i. Nursery – must have completed the age of 3 by June
i. ii. Kinder 1 – must have completed the age of 4 by June
i. iii. Kinder 2 – must be 5 years old by September 30
C. Transferees
a. Must successfully pass the admissions test appropriate for the grade level being applied for;
• Submit
i. Certificate of good moral character
ii. Financial clearance from previous school
iii. Form 138 Report Card
D. Interview
Interview is the first step in the LPLC admission procedure.

• After the interview, the entrance exam (for grades 1-6 only) will follow.
E. Entrance Exam
• The entrance exam schedule will be given by the principal.
• Once the student applicant (for elementary only) passes the entrance exam, he/she takes summer classes.
• Probation status is granted to a student applicant who fails to meet the upper bracket cut off of entrance exam score.
• The results of the interview and entrance exam (for elementary only) will determine the acceptance status of the student applicant.
F. Summer Classes
• Summer classes are required for students entering LPLC (for K1 up to Grade 6 only) for the first time.
• Former LPLC students who are re-entering LPLC are also required to undergo summer classes.
G. Summer Classes
• Classes for summer 2023 are conducted F2F.
• Online summer classes are still offered for those who are interested in attending LPLC summer classes but cannot do so on a F2F basis due to distance.
